Creating a World That Works for All
What a joy to join the BK community! I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to connect with the wisdom, innovation and important work that are reflected here.
I am a facilitator, mediator, educator, affirmative action & equal opportunity specialist, mother, aspiring mandolin player and student of cognitive neuroscience...and of life in general. I have been working at the University of Oregon since 1999 in a variety of positions related to conflict resolution, diversity and affirmative action. In addition, I am a senior associate with Roger Schwarz and Associates, an organization and leadership development consulting firm.
I am passionate about engaging in and facilitating processes that lead to reflection, refinement, and new visions of what is possible. I am inspired by the kind of courage that leads to engaging honestly with what is. I am inspired by my children and the brilliant things they do, say, and ways they engage the world around them.
I will be co-facilitating the BK Community Dialogue with Larry Dressler.
