Donna McIntosh-Fletcher's Page

Donna is a problem solver and a business strategist with more than four decades of executive and management experience of which 43 years were also in consulting. Providing clients with organizational direction and purpose, her practical wisdom cuts through surface symptoms to identify what is most needed for organizational improvement. Prior to founding The McFletcher Corporation in 1974, Donna's experience as a line manager included business, government and community development.

Donna's academic background includes Baccalaureates in Business and Merchandising, a Master's degree in Organizational Development, and advanced study in work group productivity. Donna has authored Teaming By Design: Real Teams for Real People (McGraw-Hill, 1996), Organization Development Approach Scale (ODAS), and is coauthor of the WorkStyle Patterns^® (WSP™) McFletcher‘s book Realizing the Promise of Work. In addition, she has published many research studies and articles.

Donna and her partner, Tomas, are considered to be on the cutting edge of organizational consulting and participatory environments and are international leaders and authors in Organizational Culture Change and Workplace/Workforce Alignment.
