These days, when pinned against the wall, I describe myself as an author, social entrepreneur, impact investor, activist, and recovering consultant. Two years ago I left the fundraising consultancy I'd founded in 1979, Mal Warwick Associates (www.malwarwick.com), to become a partner in the One World Futbol Project (www.oneworldfutbol.com) -- a B Corporation dedicated to helping disadvantaged children around the world gain access to the play and sports that are necessary for their healthy development. Currently, I'm also co-authoring a new book with fellow B-K author Paul Polak with the working title "The Business Solution to Poverty." and preparing the third edition of my bestselling book, "How to Write Successful Fundraising Letters" for Jossey-Bass. I am also active in Social Venture Network and serve on several business and nonprofit boards.
