About Me
I have worked at American International Distribution Corpoeration (AIDC) in Customer and Client Services for almost 17 years. Our company provides full service fulfillment for all Berrett-Koehler Publishers market segments except U.S. trade. While for over a decade, we have been offering fulfillment of physical books, we are pleased to be able to start serving BK as they start to broaden their digital offerings by hosting www.bkconnection.com and fulfilling the purchase of online access products and e-books as PDF downloads. Several lasting relationships have been established over the years with both current and former BK staff members and I look forward to seeing everyone again in person at the 20th Anniversary Celebration and Community Dialogue later this week.
As David Marshall's commment implies, I am a bit of a karaoke junkie. My wife and I have a part-time business as the KJs (karaoke jockeys) at local establishments around our home in South Burlington, VT.
