Steve Hanamura's Page

Steve Hanamura, president and owner of Hanamura Consulting. I am a consultant, author, trainer, keynote speaker, husband, father and grandparent. Inclusion and building community is a large part of my life both personally and professionally. Some of the topics we address in our work include leadership development, building inclusive teams from diverse perspectives, living and working with generational differences, and leading and inspiring others.
My passions outside the workplace are sports. I follow all the major sports teams in baseball, football and basketball and participate annually in a 200 mile relay (running) here in OR. I like engaging in stimulating conversations with different groups of people and enjoy serving my church. I relish possibility thinking and strive to be innovative and out of the box when possible. I reside in Beaverton, OR with my wife Becky and we have three adult sons.
